I hate it when people use the word 'fake'. Most people who say that will never know what it takes to actually call yourself a 'wrestler', let alone make it to the top.
Yes it is all 'pre-determined' but it still hurts. Imagine making a living from throwing your body around 250+ nights a year for 15-20 minutes @ a time. Then you would see how 'fake' it feels.
Also, ask Darren Drozdov, the Dynamite Kid or Hayabusa if wrestling is 'fake'. Those 3 men are spending the rest of their lives in wheelchairs 'cause of all this 'fakeness'.

Its a series of stunts and a fictional storyline. That is why its called sports entertainment. If you watch it in person you can better see how they perform the stunts. 20 years ago they didnt even hit each other, just made a sound effect and used a camera angle to make it look like they hit each other.

yes it's fake... the older wrestling in around 1995 didn't SEEM as fake as they do today.. today they have storylines and skits which is absolutely dumb.. but anyways yes it is all fake.
My uncle used to wrestle back in the day and I soon found out it was all fake.. every bit of it.. occassionaly someone will actually get hurt but not seriously, but yes it's all fake and a bunch o crap.. lol.

It's PRE-DETERMINED. The matches, for the most part, are improvised, and, obviously, the wrestlers aren't trying to actually hurt each other, but it DOES hurt. A LOT.
You don't have to "wrestle in there" to see "how they do it." All you have to have is knowledge of the business and a bit of common freakin' sense. You're never going to wrestle for WWE. Ever.

The matches are not fake but it is planned out. Most of the blood is real and you can't fake everybody seeing you get chokeslammed or rammed into the cage/cell.

The matches are scripted but thats about it. Wrestlers bleed by blading their forehead with a razor. THe ladders and tables are real and the chairs are steel but are special made to absorbe the impact when they are used.

The story may not be real. But the hazards and moves are real. Please people, don't try this at home.
Err... didnt you heard the above advice before or after the show?
