.The downfall of America will be if we continue to elect screwballs, like George Bush. This man has done so much to bring our country down that it is inconceivable. We have lost credibility with most of our allies in the world and we have distanced ourselves from most other counntries. Not to mention the fact that we have made enemies all over this world, and it will take many years for others that come after Bush to regain the trust of these people. Never in the history of our country have we had such low popularity in the world, we were the country that most people looked up to, now we are the ones they would cause much rejoicing if and when we fall....KECK

The downfall of America will be when the nation becomes so polarized that we decend into chaos and civil war.
It isn't likely, but that's the most likely reason.

The fact that we dont do nothing when something bad happens. Take Korea for instance, when they launched the nuclear weapon we threatened them but we didnt do nothing. Soon we will be attacked and all because we didnt stop them when they where weak.

i honestly can't see a downfall coming... we will just keep plodding along. i think commercialism will keep us that way... keep on living a vicious cycle for the things we want and ignore the important things.
