if i wrote a contact to my girlfriend on a piece of notebook paper stating that i was her slave and the contract was signed dated witnessed and notarized would it be legal

no...that won't be a valid contract due to the fact it lacks consideration "meeting of the minds" and I thought "slaves" were outlawed.

Nope, according to law, you cannot sell yourself or any other person...You might check on Ebay to see how many times people have actually tried and been deleted.
