Since i dont know how many you need to start, go with Jenkins. the New Orlean's secondary wont be strong enough to stop him.

Drew Bennett...Jerricho Cotchery hasnt done much in a while....you never know if Michael Jenkins is gonna get you enough points...Reggie Williams keeps dropping balls...
Drew Bennett is your safest bet becuase he doesnt drop balls often,hes the 1st wr in tennesse,and young gets the ballt o him
