God made the brain. Easy as that. How can something so majestiical come from a brain. Yeah, the brain can do amazing things, but nothing as big as God.

God created the universe. Then God created the natural laws of the universe, such as chemistry, physics, etc. Through the process of evolution, billions of years after the first organisms were created, organisms developed nervous systems. Eventually, this led to brains. Eventually primates with brains became humans.
Then humans, in their pitiful effort to explain their surroundings, invented up superstitious fairy tales about great floods, 7 day creation, and virgin births.
So yes, God came first, but the Abrahamic religions of Christianity, Judiasm, and Islam are all based on superstitious fairy tales.

I think that the answer to this question could be correct either way, depending on if you are religious or not. As a Christian, I say God came first, though an athiest would be opposed to that answer and would say that the brain made God.

God made the brain, or else everyone would be gods, and therefore there would be no religions. Be thankful that He gave us our brains to use!!!
Interesting that your question came up...

God made the brain, and he made it intelligent enough to recognize that only God could make a brain that intelligent--God also likes to get the credit he deserves.

God made the brain, and the brain, trying to stand alone on reason became proud, thinking perhaps it made God.
