Soon the guppy and platy will be afraid of the dwarf puffers, because they will ride on their tails and nip at their fins. For the safety of all of the fish, I would try to give the dwarf puffers their own aquarium. If that isn't an option, you could buy some java moss for the puffers. They love to hide in it, but as they get older, they will become territorial so they will each need a clump of java moss of their own. You could also get 4 little caves that the puffers can fit into but the platy and guppy cannot, to give them a place to hide.

Puffers are terror of the tank, don't under estimate them because of their size. Your guppy and platy will have the table turn on them once the puffer settles down.
As advised by the previous post, do separate the puffers from the other fishes, or unless you have alot of plants in your tank which the puffer can hide from themselves and the other fishes can use to aviod the puffers.

Real soon your guppy and platy will need saving and tons of hiding places where only they can fit into b/c puffers get vicious as they get older. They need to have their own tank and don't be suprised if they start killing eachother off. Most puffers run in pairs if you're lucky but mostly solo and not groups.

I wouldn't worry about the fish being afraid, it's a natural defense mechanism. If the other fish are chasing them and biting off fins, etc, then you need to separate them, but if they're just avoiding the other fish I'd give them time to adjust to thier new environment. So long as the other fish aren't being over agressive, don't worry about it.

you know these guys are brackish water fish?
the puffer's behavior might be weird because of the environment... put a little aquarium salt in the tank.
