I am a Chem major and I need to take some social sciences and humanities for my program. Which of these courses would be suitable for my science/math backround?

I'm not sure about your school, but mine allows Logic to be considered a humanity. It would (more than likely) be under philosophy. I know a lot of people in my major (Computer Science) take this course.

I would recommend something ending in 101. However, sociology and anthropology would probably match your college major the best. In sociology, you learn about how society influences the individual in a certain environment. Anthropolgy looks at the various aspects of different societies as an observer.
