I heard that some stores will open at midnight right after Thanksgiving (Tanger's Outlets) just wondering if anyone in their right mind does this. Also what about 5AM, what time do you think is a reasonable time for stores to open. I pity the poor store employees!

5am is tooo early. I used to work at Kohl's and believe me, there's nothing worse than to have to go to work that early. When u are that tired and have to deal with crabby customers it makes for a long day. There are no stores in my town that are going to be open at midnight on Thanksgiving. So, I may go out shopping on Friday but surely not at 5am.

I'm planning to go out at midnight to best buy (as long as were around 50-100th in line) because I really want the good deal on the laptop or portable dvd player. If the line is too long im gonna go back home and wait till about 4am and hit wal mart for there sales. Then old navy, kohls, circuit city, and the mall.

probably not so eager to go @ midnight, but maybe the following day. i do not enjoy shopping, but my friends complain that i dress like a homeless.
