I have these on the main menu:

Find Server
Create Server
Options
Video Stress Test
Report Bug
Quit

Where do I go to find the offline mode?

Sorry dude, there is no offline mode for source.

There's no bots either

Go to create server and create bots. *You have to connect to the internet first to activate "create a server" though.

*Counterstrike Source is designed to be a multiplayer game, so its single player function is very poorly designed and lacking.
