Ok, if you want to defrag one of your drives, then you need to go to your start menu, then go to all programs, then to accessories and then to system tools. There you will see disk cleanup, disk defragmenter and backup. The one that you want is disk defragmenter. Click on it. Then you will see where it says analize, and disk defragment. You should click analyze first to check and see if one of your disks needs to be defragmented, and if they do, then you click defragment. Sit back and wait, because it usually takes a little bit of time, depending on your computer's performance. I really hope that helped.

I think you mean to defrag your computer..
Click Start
Choose Programs
Go to Accessories
Go to System Tools
Choose Disk Defragmenter
--When open, your hard disk drives will be displayed.
--Highlight which drive you want to defrag
--Click Defragment button
--Leave your PC running and do not use any application

Clear all those unnecessary files (http://www.ccleaner.com/) before you defrag, will make the defrag more efficient.
try look for 3rd party defrag softwares, the one that comes with windows suxs.
