What I mean is should i try as hard as I can to get a Wii as soon as possible? I know i'm gonna get one eventually, I know i'm not gonna pay $400 dollars for one on e-bay. Should i wait until it's as easy as going to the store and buying one, or should i wait outside a store for a hour or two, and try to get one as soon as possible?

Wait until after the first of the year. The "sales" will be over and hype will subside. You'll also pay a lot less if you wait!

I guess you should wait a few months and then all the hype for the Wii is over and it will be easier to get one.
