I have a feeling you're trying to get people to do your homework for you but here goes. It's an inspection process to make sure your products are all coming out uniform and well-made. For example if you look in the pocket of a new coat, there might be a little tag that has an inspector number on it. The coat was checked for flaws before it was packed and shipped out of the factory. The inspector had a list of things to check. That's one example of quality control.

Quality control is when you periodically check your process by running a know (You know what it is or supposed to be) control and measuring the result that you get with what your known value is. In other words your are making sure that your instruments, machines, Process works accurately. At the hospital That I work at we will run specimens that we know what they are through the lab instruments and then we check the result that the machine gives against what we know the control specimen is and we can tell if our instruments needs to be checked or not.

I think the first three answered this one for you. But if you want to make sure, you might further scrutinize their answers by looking in your text. If their answers don't meet the basic standard for an acceptible answer, then send it back to them before you use it and send it to your teacher only to get a poor grade.
