YES! Look, he was obviously very rattled and it cost him that job and probably many others. He must have been pushed quite a bit to lash out like that. I am sure he was planning to put a comic spin on it when he started. But he got so enraged that he lost it completely. It wasn't pretty. But I am sure he could make a case that he was driven to it by their harassment.

If u watched the today show this morning u would have gotton the other side of the story in which it is obvious that the so called hecklers did not start the whole thing, he did.
At least Mel Gibson was drunk , whats Kramers excuse? Don't be surprised if he suddenly enters a rehab, as an EXCUSE. His career should go down the drain.

He did go overboard with his rant, but I believe that he had the right to point them out and make them an example. It does get very annoying when you're sitting in a movie theatre trying to watch a movie and there's a group of people near you talking out-loud and being very obnoxious. That is what happened here. As for sueing for toruous interference/harassment, I dont believe there should be any lawsuit involved here. That would be kind of rediculous.

It is starting to come out that Kramer was heckled for over ten minutes. One of the things that was said to him was, "you aint funny **** a" then when kramer replied with a witty retort the heckler replied with "You don't know me **** a, Don't fuc k with this **** a".
It also is being reported that the black guys who were calling kramer **** a and threatening him were also threatening the people who opened up the show for Richards..
Real innocent victims...? Seems like two punks who should've been bounced out before Richards ever hit the stage..

I think the hecklers owe HIM an apology!! They started the whole thing. If they don't like being called *******, then they shouldn't act like one. I am so sick and tired of white people having to suck up to blacks.

No, but I think he owes them a serious apology and the hecklers have considered a lawsuit.

If he can continue in his career, especially as a comic, he should learn to deal with hecklers, as they are everywhere.

No, they have that right to free speech. And Richards had the right to free speech as well. However, he engaged in hate speech which crossed the line.
