Well put !

If a black man did the reverse there would certainly be people lining up behind him to raise "awareness". The Caucasian race is according to society not allowed to do that. So the answer is yes but there would be people laughing him out of court if he tried to raise 'awareness" !!!

Political correctness is out of whack and one of this generations dumbest ideas !!!!

I have another question:

Has a white man ever make an effort to apply for a scholarship through NAACP instead of assuming that they will deny them?

How will you know if you don't try?

no it is not, and why are people always trying to turn something that is made to help out people into something bad? it is hard for black people to get that scholarship, and most of them that apply don't get it. you have to basically have a 4.0 GPA and then be really poor to get it. so before you ask a silly question like that, you need to find out about the scholarship. it really does not help the majority of blacks who are trying to go to school

Depends... was the white man denied because of his colour OR because academically he didn't meet the criteria??

Of course not. He just needs to meet all criteria of the scholarship as other individuals, that's all....like all other scholarships. :)
