Actually very funny. No. Bush tried the magic 8-ball once after taking office. It couldn't make any logical sense of the jibberish, and he couldn't get a clear answer. He asked the same question three times, and every time the same thing happened. It said: "Ask Later", Dubya finally got fed up with the 8-ball, threw it against the wall, later the ball was sent to prison camp, where it awaits charges of being uncooperative to interrogation in a time of war.
Ouija boards intrigue Bush. However, he thought the little answer pointer was a tiny chair, and when he sat on it, it broke into 66 pieces. All of this happened on January 25, 2001. And we all know what has befallen us since then because of Bush.

I would say Ouji Board but that takes to much concentration.
I would say Magic 8 ball but its has to many big words like yes and no.

I guess it would be the person who pulls the puppet's string.
