Beyond that, surgery is really the only other option that will make a noticable improvement. The jaw can be broken and reset, or a chin implant can be inserted. The latter is the less painful procedure with the quickest recovery time (and more easily corrected if you don't get the result you want).

Before you do that, look at the Alexander Technique. (Find it on the internet. Books, videos, classes. It cured my double chin!)
