I suggest finding a Realtor who specializes in commercial or retail space. Check the yellow pages under Realtors. You can also check the classified ads. Most will advertise available space. You can also drive around until you find vacant space. Most will have a phone number and contact information. The local Chamber of Commerce is also a good resource. They should know who rents retail space in the area.

Do a google search for commercial real estate agencies in your city. Or drive around and look for signs in windows of vacant retail spaces. Call an agent whose sign you see.
