I just pumped out 11 reps with 250 lbs. According to several of the max bench press calculators online, that should mean a one rep max of about 340 lbs! I'm feeling pretty good right now! lol
The most I've ever actually did for a one-rep max is 320, and that was about 6 months ago. I've had some shoulder problems, so I don't max out but maybe once every 3 or 4 months.

Well, Katmandou, it's obvious you're lying considering the world bench press record for females is only 530 lbs, and I doubt you come anywhere near that, unless you're using a bench shirt, which in my books, is cheating.

It relies upon on what you bench: max or 15%. What I do is I carry weights till i won't be able to anymore (max). Then I take that max and subtract 15% of it and bench press that 5 reps of 5. occasion: Max = 2 hundred lbs Bench = a hundred and seventy lbs 5 reps of 5. while you're new to determining, then it is going to take a mutually as on your muscular tissues to heal, so basically bench like once or twice each and every week. yet as you do it greater in many circumstances, then you definately can bench 3 or 4 circumstances each and every week.
