Arizona is on Mountain Time, and the entire state would be on Mountain Standard Time now.

During periods of Daylight Savings Time, most of the state actually does not change, keeping it on MST, which would be the same as Pacific Daylight Time. The Navajo nation in Arizona does observe DST, so is the only portion of the state that would be on MDT. The Hopi nation, which is surrounded by the Navajo, does not observe DST.
