Does the state of Colorado import drinking water from other states?

My Dad insists that it all comes from in-state.

no we have deep wells, and reservoirs that get filled from melting snow pack

No, it's nevada and california that do that. The mountains provide plenty of water along with the colorado river etc. Don't forget the SNOW!
