Stevie Vai and George Lynch of Dokken For not only their style and phrasing as you put it, but also because they are friggin' sexy and look like they are making love to their guitar.

Definitely David Gilmour of Pink Floyd. He's not necessarily the best and he's not as technically great as a Page or a Hendrix but the way his guitar solos meld with the song and the way you really feel it send chills down my spine. They're powerful, especialy in 'Comfortably Numb'. He's not about quick fingers, he's about emotion and depth. I like that.

Jimi Hendrix was and always will be my favorite. The most amazing rendition of the Star Spangled Banner was done by him at Woodstock.
