Not true at all. First of all both Bonds and Schmidt are free agents so the Giants cant trade them as they are not officially members of the team. Equally important is it is against MLB rules to trade draft picks according to the MLB player contract. A player must be signed for 1 full year before his team can trade him (that is why you often hear the term so and so dealt for a player to be named). They can agree to trade a player after he has been signed for a year but cant complete the deal until his 1 year contract anniversary.

I wish.
Go Giants!
Bonds is actually 42 not 43. The younger the better. If this trade actually were to happen it would be the stupidest trade in the history of MLB for the Angels. For the Giants it would be absolutely awesome.

Barry Bonds and Jason Schmidt are free agents. No team needs to trade for them. They can just sign them and exchange nothing.
Based on this, I would say this rumor is dead wrong.

NAY! Kemp is the main well liked participant in the pastime good now and Hanley is one in all the two earliest drafted. Reyes and Maggs are great gamers yet you lose too plenty with this deal. you will possibly earnings somewhat on Rodriguez yet you lose lower back on dropping Haren. There purely isn't plenty upside to this deal for you. stroll remote from it.

No, and the Angels would get the bad deal in that, Rodrigues better than schidct, Vlade better than visquel and bonds.

No, not at all. Nobody is dumb enough to make that trade, let alone even believe it was true if it happened.
