I'm 15 years old, male, 5"4 and a half, and weigh 98 pounds. If I get up in the morning, and I am hungry, but I go outside and run for 10 minutes, and then wait about 5 minutes and then eat, will this stunt my growth? (so even though i am hungry, i would run first, and then eat later)

Please eat something small before you run for fuel, than eat something heavier when you return. Treat your body like a furnace.

Dude, you are WAY underweight to begin with! Your height is okay for 15, but 98 pounds? Sounds like you need to eat more, work out, put some meat on your bones. Less aerobic exercise and more muscle-buildling exercise. Plus more food!

It's okay to run before eating. But you should eat a big ol' breakfast afterwards. It's not the running hungry that's going to stunt your growth. It's the lack of food.
