then they moved me to a completly different city with no money and no recourses, here is the twist i am staying with my real mom whom i havent ever met till now i am 29 years old and i am living with a mother i never had. I have absolutly no friends no one to talk to cannot contact any of my other family and i am completly lost and alone can anyone help?

You're family wouldn't have done something that drastic if they didn't believe you needed it. Your nerves are probably on edge, and rightly so, but give it some time.
I am so sorry you are so young to have been in an abusive relationship already. You'll have new friends and a fresh start to look forward to. God Bless.

First of all,abusive?? i mean it was smart to pull you outta that!! and it was also smart to move you so you wouldnt be temted to try and talk to ur ex. But about the no talkin to noone thing....i dunno.You have a cell phone or any phone? do you go out places? have a car? if so then try to meet new people or go back to your old friends houses

This isn't a forever thing, it will pass and you will be able to move out and live on your own. But right now it sounds like you need to stay hidden for awhile.
Take the time given you to learn from your mistakes and grow within yourself. Good luck!

Get out of the house and try to meet new people who can support you. Go to church or the gym, volunteer.
