NO. And frankly, why should he? Mr. Richard was waaaaaayy out of line but does somebody have a right to be obnoxious and interfere with a performance? He should have been thrown out on his ***, instead he got free admission and his money refunded on food and drinks. And if you still think he should, let me know the next time a comic is in town, I want racial and ethnic insults hurled at me, so I can make some serious $$$.

I don't think the guy can legally sue Mr. Richard for calling him the N-word. Nor should he. If people sued others for calling others a bad name or something derrogatory, then the courts would be overwhelmed with claimants. Yes, what he did was wrong, but he is protected by the first amendment.

Well, Gloria Allred is a pit bull so she might be able to squeeze out a settlement, but he doesn't deserve it. How was he damaged by the tirade? Did it cost him his job? Embarrass him? Nobody could even see him, all eyes were on the idiot up on stage. They'd have to have a class action suit and Richards would have to compensate everyone.

Not a chance. I think he'll get his 15 minutes of fame, but that's it. I think Michael Richards needs to get some serious help. He's in trouble of some sort.

Only if Michael Richards gets compensated for this guy STARTING it by telling him to sit his cracker *** down! Why is it that they can start a confrontation by throwing out a racial slur but when one is given back they get their panties in a wad???? It's BS and I, for one, am SICK AND TIRED OF IT!

As sad as it is, and as disgusted as this has made everyone, I believe that now these guys are using this to get a name for themselves. Unfortunatly, there is an amendment for freedom of speech, and he does have his right to say what he wants, as horrible as it is. I think the only right these people have is towards getting their money back for the tickets.

why, because he got called a name???? how silly, besides, the word n igg er has been around a long time, its just been decided that it is not politically correct to say, and just who decided it wasnt ok to say but we call arabs, towelheads, asians chinks, people are just too sensitive, besides, people who heckle someone trying to make a living....they are n iggers (no matter what color they are)...eom!
