It depends on what you want to do. During pregnancy, the doctors usually want the first appointment around six to eight weeks, because until then, you could be sick. There are a lot of things out there with the same symptoms of pregnancy. Plus, until about two months, it is pretty easy to loose the baby in there. I would take precautions (i.e., treat it as if you are having a baby, and possibly schedule a doctor's appointment), but don't be offended if he tells you to wait it out a little bit longer. I hope this helps! :)

I had what felt like mild Menstrual cramps with both my pregnancies, but I also tested positive on the day my period was due. I agree with the earlier post that everyone is different, and so is every pregnancy. I don't think you'll get much relief from the freaking out until you get your blood test and consult the doctor. That way if you are not pregnant, they can begin to figure out what is up with your period not coming.

Good Luck!

normal in some pregnancies, everyone is different. the more you stress the less likely it is that your period will come. don't stress out about it. take one with your first mornings urine that is when it will be most accurate. you will be fine but remember if you stress about it then it won't come. hope this helps, holly
