The "tail?" You won't believe this, but it's true--my mother loved it. Yuck. Isn't it all fatty? The "tail" had a name in that ancient past that was funny, & never intended to be insulting, but it would be now. Maybe some old timers or people who have grandparents have been told what it was...As for the neck, is there REALLY any meat on it anyway? I use that "stuff" in the plastic bag w/bayleaf etc. to make a broth for my stuffing. I don't even like to "touch" the neck! Cute question!
I just scrolled up, & tigerlily came very close! It IS in fact called the p---'s nose!
Okay! Enough editing--salstick said the "parson's nose" so I guess I won't be booted: The pope's nose"....
