im 13 and 5 feet and about 93 pounds. i no that i am at a good weight but i feel so fat. my stoumach hangs over wat do you think

You're fine. Don't start the anorexic crap at your age. Address it before your health suffers!

For an adult your height, 93 pounds would be slightly underweight (according to Body Mass Index -- BMI -- calculations. At only 13 it's probably an okay weight for someone 5 feet tall.

If you're worried about your stomach sag you need to have a better diet (cut way back on sweets and go heavy into whole grains and vegetables in a balanced diet). Make sure you get a lot of exercise, too. Even if it's just walking.

Doing ab crunches won't directly reduce your stomach, but it would firm it up as you lose more of your tummy fat.

Unless your parents are both short, you probably will grow a good bit more as a teen. (The jokes goes -- You're not fat, you're just under-tall .)

First of all sweetheart, i know and remember the pressure of being 13.. But think about it 5 foot tall and 93 pounds. That is a perfect weight. You shouldnt worry about what other people think of you... Dont let anyone tell you your fat. Your far from it hun.. You should just be happy with yourself. Love who you are, and dont worry about it.. your only 13.. your body still has a lot of growing and changing to do. you may look like a different person next year... Just be happy with who you are. I would kill to weigh as much as you do! I'm 15 (turning 16 soon) and I weigh about 161 I feel horrible like a damn blimp , pardon my lingo but I hate it and my mom is getting on me every day almost about my weight it makes me feel lower than dirt. Be greatful for how much you weigh. That is a gift don't think of it as a curse cause I would be so happy to weigh as much as you do.

i htink you are at the perfect weight for your age. don't worry about your weight youare young and don't need to worry about things like that. if you're belly hangs over maybe you should try bigger clothes, NOT because you are fat but because you have outgrown your other clothes, you are a growing young woman and you will need to change sizes every once in a while. not in kids anymore but maybe juniors sized clothing. hope this helps sweetie, holly

That is not weight it is flab... You are at a good weight. I am just a little taller then you and about 5 pounds more. Don't obsess about weight obsess about fitness.Try exercising and your tummy will go away. Leg lifts are great. Hold for 10 seconds. Sounds easier then it is..

thats a good weight to height ratio. Its important to remember that muscle tone has a relationship to exercise and diet. And If you are still developing, it is important to maintain a proper diet and exercise. The most widelybelieved item important for health is drinking pleanty of water. So start eating pleanty of protein, fruits and vegetables, exercise regulary, and drink pleanty of water.

I think you are at the perfect weight for someone your age and height.

I'm 14, and 4 inchs taller then you and weigh about 160... I'd kill to weigh even close to as much as you do.

You're pefectly fine!!. Don't try to lose weight, just think to yourself that you look great, no one cares how much you weigh anyway. It's what's on the inside that counts!.

You probably just need to tone up. Focus on eating lean meats and lifting some weights but make sure you don't bulk up because I'm guessing you don't want to.

I weighed 92 at 11.I was 5'0 and I felt good about myself.Maybe you just need loser pants because your actually quite light for your age and a good weight for your height.
