I got a call from a rep of teliflex stating that if I tried their long distance phone service for a month, I would receive a gas card good at any station for 200.00. I could cancel the card with no obligation and all. I called to cancel two weeks later and was told it was cancelled. Next month I was billed 49.95 for service. I called and cancelled again and was told again it was cancelled and I would gewt a refund. Next month, guess what, right, I was billed again for 49.95. This has been going on for over 12 months now and I can'rt get them to cancel this thing. I guess I need to find other people that have had the same problem and sue teliflex as a class action, since I can't afford to do it alone. Call me at 248-918-5212 or email me at my yahoo account or tfd806@juno.com. I need help in stopping these scam artists.

Call a lawyer and see if you have a case. If you are going Class action and they think it's a winable case, they should handle it for free as Teliflex would have to pay the lawyer fees if they loose.
