Dear sir,
First, I submit that by UFO you are meaning an extraterrestrial aircraft.
Now, here is the deal. The universe is so large that it LITERALLY is proven mathematically that there are other life forms in the universe. However, it is also true that they could not have visited earth.
Have you noticed that all of the reports started right after 1954's Roswell incident? And that all the ships are different? If it truly is an alien race, which it is not, how could it be that so many different alien ships have came and gone without real contact? It is impossible. Also, an alien aircraft would be seen by not only the FBI but everybody who observes space in any way. There would be no way to hide it.
In conclusion. Yes, there are aliens. No, they have never been to Earth, and they will not for many, many years.
As a final word. Radio Transmissions (The fastest thing in the universe, the same speed as light) will take about 25,000 years to reach the Milky Way. How could an alien species go for that magnitude of time, get to Earth, and turn away? And furthermore, aliens are just like us and would we go on a thousand year expedition?

I saw one once, about 2500 feet high, hovering above me. I felt a 'force' that felt like someone grabbed my head and marched me outside, around a corner, and forced me to look up - and there it was. I could see it moving slightly in place as if it was trying to hold a hover. It looked like dark gray, about 50 feet wide, and at least 50 feet long. I couldn't see the back of the UFO, because I was against a wall and the rest of the ship was beyond sight of the edge of the roofline. My brain started going haywire because I couldn't relate to what I was seeing. I shook my head to make sure there weren't any cobwebs and tried to get a better look. Then after about 7 seconds, it accelerated away at an incredible speed. And I mean it looked as though it was going at 2000 mph easy. I am used to looking at the sky watching flying objects - and relating to it - I was a weatherman in the Air Force for 4 years. It was my job.
Even though I had this experience, and I know what I saw, My logical brain will not let me accept that what I saw was real. I absolutely cannot believe what I saw and have been trying to think of a reason I saw what I saw without believing it was a UFO. I have been trying to think of an alternate reason of what I saw since 1979.
After I saw this thing, I walked back into the building to go back to work. A co-worker took one look at my face and said, "You look like you just saw a ghost." All I could say was, "You don't know the half of it."

sure one hundred ten%!!!!!. I talked about a flying saucers up truly close. It became soaring above some timber and became the size of about 3 homes. It became metallic, round with orange lights everywhere in the midsection of the craft. The craft became rotating very slowly and made surely no noise or sound in any respect. I stood there for a reliable 5 minutes gazing it even as hiding in the back of a brick wall, so the actual incontrovertible actuality that it became SO close and SO low and massive and that i became waiting to visual reveal unit this element for a reliable 5 minutes, i'm one hundred ten% sensible that what i became searching at became a flying saucers and by no ability something else. It became no longer attainable to be able to mistake it for something else. that's like you searching at motor vehicle perfect in the front of you, you comprehend for a incontrovertible actuality that it really is a motor vehicle because that's obviously perfect in the front of you. you won't be able to mistake what's perfect in the front of you for something else...after i began to get truly scared i right now walk far flung from it as right now as i might want to and when I were given to the nook of the line and appeared decrease back the flying saucers became no longer soaring above the timber, it had moved severe up contained in the sky in a lot less then 30 seconds!!!... The flying saucers saved shifting better and better till it purely appeared like a huge fantastic round ball of light and shot off truly quick!!.. it really is soooooo tricky once you've seen something so outstanding like this and no human being will believe you..It became outstanding yet to boot the most terrifying element to have ever got here about to me.

I have read about people who say they saw UFO's
in a book. Yes I think those people believed what they saw.
I have never seen a UFO, but I have seen a flying fish.

No, the chances of there being life on other planets is very small, and even if there was, they would be so far away that we would probably never see them.
Einstein said that it is impossible to go the speed of light, and even going that fast, it would probably take years before you could get to a planet that would support life
