No offense, but I'd get my butt out of my chair, pull myself together, and go to the seminar. Yahoo will be here when you get back, but if you miss the seminar, (which chances are, someone's paying for you to attend, and depending on you to be responsible enough to follow through), you may not have a job to pay for your internet access so you can bum around on Yahoo with you friends.
