Seeing as how (if there is another inhabited planet) God created us all and they have to know about Jesus for there to be a Christmas, I would say they probably celebrate it similiar to us, although they will do some things differently. Every house has a fireplace so Santa can get in besides the door. They decorate the inside of the house with Christmas lights, not just outside. They have a huge tree they grow just for the occasion in the backyard and they decorate it just as much as the one inside. It never storms so they don't have to worry about it being ruined. There is always snow on Christmas morning. Not so much that their vehicles can't get out, but enough to build a snowman and have a snowball fight. It isn't too cold, just right. Carolers are welcomed with cookies and hot chocolate. In fact, they are actually elves on the planet Elvemastonville. They help make all the toys and gifts and ship them on UFO's to Santa at the North Pole. There are Candy Cane trees. Gingerbread Men run around giggling and cooking wonderful food. Every child gets a lot of presents, no one is left out. Everyone enjoys giving as much as receiving and all are pleased with the presents.

Show me the populated planet. Yes, the populated planet. Until you have one, this is a meaningless question.
Clearly you do not understand of the meaning of Christmas, so it is hard to be imaginative. Try reading the book.

How do we know or assume they celebrate Christmas or any holidays on another planet? Who even knows if they have developed a calendar with months and days? I very seriously doubt December 25th has any great significance to anyone outside planet Earth.

I doubt that they have Christmas, since it is a very slim chance they even have the same calander or anyof the same holidays. Besides, Christmas is about peace so it would be peace. Or maybe they do the can-can and eat junk food for 12 hours strait and see who can stand in boiling red wine and ice cold meat loaf at the same time. I don't know.

I don't think Christmas is observed on other planets. Maybe they have a holiday called Phermostshabazz, which celebrates the festival lights of Zythron.

If they celebrate Christmas on other planets, wouldn't the Bible mention that god created life on another planet beside Earth?
