Use a detachable shower head, or I suppose douche would take care of the problems as well.

why wud sand be inur vagina???unless u went to the beach otherwise that is wierd urm and eventually itll come out unless its in there purty far...so urm just dont think about it eventually u'll forget all about it maybe

You just don't screw on the beach anymore. Rinse that puppy out real good, tho.

thats weird, were you at the beach or something? maybe you should douche with warm water.
