Most overrated quarterback in the HISTORY National Football League is what Rex Grossman is. People think he is the next big thing... Well wake up folks, he is NOT! the only reason the Bears have a fighting chance is their defense... They could put their punter, or even their waterboy into the qb position, and they would still play better than Grossman... comparing his to Brady or Manning is RIDICULOUS!!! what do you think?

i agree that is he overrated....and ultimately i think he is what will be the cause of the bears not making it to the superbowl. i think he'll screw up in the playoffs and he defense won't be able to dig him out of the whole he makes

I believe he is over-rated but he is still an above average quarterback. The reason I do not take the hype seriously is because Rex hasn't played in January games where it is all on the line. People forget that he doesn't have that much playing time under his belt.
As far as comparing him to Peyton or Brady, the dude doesn't even make a wart on their a**.

overvalued a million. Ryan Leaf (the certainty that he ever performed in the NFL makes him the #a million overvalued QB in NFL history) 2. Michael Vick 3. Steve youthful (via the narrowest of margins over Tommy Maddox) Underrated a million. Warren Moon 2. Jim Kelly 3. Vince youthful (time could instruct me incorrect in this one, as he could desire to be yet another Michael Vick... or worse, pondering he's inherited the Madden Curse, yet i'm thinking he's the only to ultimately harm the Curse)

If they had started Kyle Orton in the game against Carolina they would have gone all the way to the Super Bowl last year.

obviously Rex is the Achilles heal of the bears, they are a fantastic team but they will not win a super bowl with him as qb, they might get there but they won't win

Rex is terrible all you have to do is blitz him and he's done, he is very overrated. yes their defence is 2nd in the league to the ravens and yes that is the only reason they are doing any good at all.
