my PS2 doesn't work.
when ever i put a game/dvd it won't load, it just stays on the menu.
please help me!

if it is still under warranty, you should likely call sony. I have read some accounts that report that this condition can be caused by the laser being out of alignment, and that there are even tutorials online to adjust the laser yourself, but you are probably better off having it serviced. Especially if it is under warranty.
