What is the best Nirvana box set I could buy right now?

I want something with more things to watch than listen to. but it has to have both cd's and dvd's thanks

they have a box set called "with the lights out" it has 3 audio cds with a lot of good stuff on them-demos and whatnot. it also has a dvd w/live performances and an awesome performance of kurt cobain on the drums doing a beatles song, also a couple of music videos.
