How long do you wait before you give up on a question?

I just posted a Thanksgiving question asking what is your favorite part of the turkey and I doubt very seriously if it will ever see the light of day. What is up with that? If I had asked if you would do something foul to the turkey do you think I would have had a better chance of it getting posted? Evidently I would from the looks of things...
