It is one of the best brand of computers for gaming. but you could go to newegg.com or tigerdirect.com and find the same computer parts for a cheaper price. computers nowadays are just for show. you are better off building a computer than buying one for the big companies.

They cater to the high-end market. With Alienware you know they are building with the most high-performance parts, and no junky generic brand-name stuff.

They build good units but heavily overpriced. Velocity Micro has them beat nowdays - but hey --- enjoy the system. Here's a link to VM. I alao build system in my shop all the time and consistently beat out most popular vendors, but usually sell locally (for now).
