well, they more or less did away with the hulk getting stronger the madder he gets when he became the smart hulk... and originally the official handbook of the marvel universe listed each as being able to press 100 tons, but later editions changed juggernaut to 90 tons... juggernaut's strength probably isnt as high when it comes to lifting, but considering he cant be stopped once he starts, his pushing strength would probably be higher than the hulk's... i'd say it equals out...

The Hulk's strength is gamma, but Juggernaut's strength is MAGIC. Is there a limit to the strength that the Hulk can draw upon...? I don't think so. I don't think there is a limit to Juggy's strength, either. Under the proper circumstances, they could demolish the planet they were standing on without being able to find a decisive winner.
If Juggernaut is the unstoppable force and Hulk is the immoveable object, I would have to say that when they met head-on, the unstoppable force would stop and the immoveable obnject would move-- in other words, they would exchange roles. You could interpret this as neither winning, or as both losing, if you want to.

The Hulk! The angrier he gets, the stronger! They have fought in the past but there was no decisive winner but if they were to fight now, the Hulk gets my vote all the way! Oh, wow! When I submitted my answer and seen that me and another respondent have similar answers, I feel compelled to come up with another reason I think the Hulk would win. I feel the Hulk would win against Juggernaut because now I remember that Hulk did win a fight against Juggernaut and he could do it again!

Because his anger is part of his strength, I'd say the Hulk, but it's a pretty close match-up. Honestly it's one of those fights that the situation could change everything.

Considering that the Hulk gets stronger when he gets angrier, I'd have to go with The Green Machine.
I still like Juggs more.

Juggernaut's probably tougher. With Hulk, he has his limits and he can be made to bleed.
