I was just wondering how to make a life size cut out of yourself or somebody else like Dr. Phil. I'm not telling you why, I just want to know how. ( p.s. I wouldn't use Dr. Phil )

one word: projector.
goto a local school and use one of theirs.
tape some construction paper on the wall.
put the mini cutout on the projector.
adjust the projector 'til you get the size you like, then trace.

college and university will let you use them too.
;) have fun

the best way is to shine a light on that person from several feet away behind that person have a big piece of paper taped to the wall have them hold still while you trace the shadow that they make experiment a little with the distance they are from the light and the way but leave some room for yourself next to the wall so you can trace the shadow then cut it out
