With the rising popularity of NWA-TNA and the lately up-and-down ratings WWE has been expierencing, Vince McMahon has been becoming increasingly worried about the competition NWA-TNA could produce in the future.
NWA-TNA which features many former WWE talent, that have found a home with different management has been producing live weekly PPV's for the past few months now, and have grown very popular in a short time.
Right now, NWA-TNA can be considered WWE's main competition, and could possibly pose a threat to WWE in the future, much like WCW did. Some believe that in the future there could be rating battles between WWE & NWA-TNA much like there was between WWF & WCW a few years ago.

Yes Vince has been worried about TNA for a while now and especially with that TNA chant on ECW this week.WWE's superstars are leaving WWE thick and fast and even Benoit,Kane,Rey Mysterio and Jeff Hardy are all thinking of going to TNA.TNA has got some rising talent and some well known names there like sting,Jeff Jarrett and Kevin Nash.WWE has admitted that TNA and the UFC are WWE's competition and if TNA carries on doing what it's doing now i think soon TNA will be like WCW and invade WWE which i think would be brilliant.Everyone say's that TNA is a poor company well it's not because TNA's majority share owner is a billion dollar company called the Panda energy international.
I used to be a huge WWE fan but now i think TNA is doing the better job of entertaining and it's gaining loads of money compared to WWE who is losing money and that's why we haven't seen a decent WWE match in a few years.People also say that WWE can buy anything that stands in it's way and people use WCW and ECW as an example,Vince bought out WCW and ECW because both of those companies declared bankruptcy but the storyline was that WWE put them out of business, how can WWE buy TNA if it's not for sale.

I doubt he's too worried. As much as I don't like this scenario, I think if anything he will just use TNA as a "farm" league for WWE and simply "cherry pick" any big stars as they come up. Similar to what he did in the past with the NWA / WCW. He'll wait until the guy becomes an established star with marketing potential and then simply sign them to a lucrative contract. Myself I really prefer TNA to WWE, but I think this is the most likely scenario

Was Vince worried about WCW?Was Vince worried about ECW?NO!!!He faced the competition and destroyed them.He even put the AWA out of business!!!TNA is losing quite alot of money right now and WWE is making truckloads of money.Maybe in a few years time,TNA might be a major competitor of WWE.I still don't think that TNA can beat WWE.If TNA becomes a threat,WWE can just buy them out.

dude , mabe in like 10 - 20 years but right now wwe has three shows better story lines and like 100 X better talent tna just developes talent or gives a home to people like kurt angle christian sting and a few others after wwe has no more ideas for story lines with them so relaxe wwe is still the top brand for a while before tna gets stronger anf better superstars writers and all that jazz

Throughout history, Vince has never worried himself about the competition. If you asked him to name 5 guys on the TNA roster, I doubt he could do it. Vince basically eats, sleeps, and breathes WWE and pays little attention to anything else. He once killed an angle that was a takeoff on the Blair Witch Project because he had never heard of the movie (and this was when the movie was at its peak). Source for that story: Current TNA writer Vince Russo.

TNA is starting to pose a threat but it will never beat WWE. WCW and the original ECW thought they could beat WWE and look what happened, WWE won and bought their a** and that can happen to TNA too.

Mr. McMahon will if he gets to worried about nwa-tna, just simply buy them out. Therefore he will still own and control the wrestling world.
