I have to go with Brady. While his teams have been very good the, Cowboys of the 90's were even better. A Hall of Fame RB, a great (although I hate to say it) WR, and one of the most dominating offensive lines in NFL history. Aikman had a lot more support than Brady does. Brady has to carry his team, Aikman just had to turn the steering wheel.
I'm a Bills fan...so my opinion is totally unbiased.

Brady by far. Aikman was a better than average QB on a super talented team. Brady has accomplished much more with far less talented players around him.

At this moment, I will say it is a tie.
Just to add, if one is better than the other, I don't think it will be by much (Again, at this moment.... it might change after Brady's career is over).
