What's a good recipe for Turkey that takes less than a day without stuffing?

I have to get a good recipe. My brother's girlfriend is coming and I don't want a tastless turkey, plus it's annoying to have it without spices or anything.

Butter it sprinkle poultry seasoning on it and bake it unitl it is done.

Bake it in a roaster with breast side down so they do not dry out. The breast take less time to cook than the rest of the turkey. When it is done turn it over and let the top skin brown and crisp a bit.
