They have it all on Mexican buses... but is a 37 hour ride. Are you sure you want to go by bus? I think is better if you fly from Tijuana to Toluca in Volaris airline:

The bus station sells bus tickets be sure not to go to train station or air port

Bus station. But it takes so long! why not go by plane, a new airline just appeared and it is very very cheap (about 50 dollars round trip, http://www.vivaaerobus.com/)

Well there is no train station ... but the bus station is a good idea
