If you are no longer on the pill and no your cycle, figure out when you had sex and see if it was during your fertile week. Because you are wiping blood, but not finding any in your panties, it sounds like an implantation bleed. It may be too early to test with an HPT or you may not have enough of the preg hormone in you to be detected yet.

I am on Yasmin and have light periods; also, only 2 days, max three. I've also been on Yasmin for a really long time.

After figuring out when you are due on, if you are late or this bleeding would be "on time", try another HPT. Also, try going to Planned Parenthood or a clinic in your city like that, which helps women who do not have insurance.

Good luck and (((HUGS)))

It may take some time for your body to normalize after Yasmin. Abnormal bleeding is a side effect from taking and going off of this particular birth control pill. I am not sure how you can have both a "light" and "dark" period, as the adjectives are contradictory.

There is such thing as implantation bleeding which occurs during pregnancy a couple days before a period is due. If you are pregnant and tested, it is possible that you are not producing enough hcg and therefor would result in a false negative result. Wait a few more days and retest.

If you do find that you are pregnant, there are many state and county programs that will cover the costs of prenatal care. Additionally, Planned Parenthood and Family Planning clinics are for low income, uninsured women.

If you aren't pregnant, I would reconsider trying to get pregnant until you have insurance. I don't think it is a wise decision to put you and your baby through the hassle of the public welfare system or risk potential health problems associated with pregnancy. Please use common sense.
