Okay, some of these rotate around grouped sites where many sites join together, but other than the USGS sites, I think most of these are individual... I haven't checked on them in a while, so yeah.

Yeah, usgs website is good, I used it a lot when I was studying volcanicity(not so much for academic reasons but more personal interest). It is pretty good.

Try wikipedia, it has many different pages on volcanos, volcanic activity, and volcanic rocks that can help you.
