In the summer, they attend various acting and theater camps. They hone their "skill." They get their parents to get them an agent who will do the leg work as to where this production is happening and that one is gearing up. They get you a copy of the script and you rehearse various scenes. You go to the auditions and stand in line with about a thousand other "talented kids." You finally get your call in -- if they haven't already found a few "Possibles" for call back, inwhich case, they come out and tell you, "thank you for coming." You are told, "OK, let's see what you can do, page 30, scene 4. line.... You start to go through your lines and in mid sentence they interupt and say, "OK, thank you, NEXT!"
If by some odd chance, you're the right height, the right build, the right smile, the right... And they think you offer potential, they'll stop you mid sentence and ask you a few cursery personal questions and tell you to leave your name and number at the door. You go home all pumped up and you wait. And wait, and wait... You may or may not get the call back. You call your agent. He tells you to just wait and then pumps you with another script with a date, time and address... You pay him money.
If you're smart and if you're good, you'll stay in school, you'll get voice lessons, you'll learn to play an instrument and read music. You'll invest in dancing lessons and, at night and on the weekends, you'll involve yourself with every musical and stage production for kids that your parents and agent can find. But, if you don't keep your grades up, if you don't learn the difference between stage left, stage right, theater and movie production, if you don't quickly learn what the McMurray Method is and how you're going to be expected to work around it for someone who already has a name, you'll never get into acting. Stay in school. Study your buns off, and read lots of books. Understand that it's not all glamour and glitz. That it's a lot of hard work and extremely long hours. When I was in the movie "The Killing Fields," I was required to be up at 3 AM, fly up to the staging area, paint out our helicopters into the Vietnam color scheme, and then fly some more up to the backlot's staging area and wait for our cue. We'd finish up around middnight and fly home only to get up and do it all over again for several weeks. If you ever see the movie, I'm the guy who's head you see sticking out the door window as we're about to land on the embassy lawn. Huge part. Didn't get paid a thing. Courtesy of the U.S. government.
Now, my14 year old daughter wants to be in the business. She's doing all of those things. Acting camp and what have you. Two years ago, several of the kids she was with at camp, got picked up for Nickelodeon. It CAN happen. But you have to do the right things. Good luck! Now, who the he-- is Adam?

Since you couldn't be bothered to ask the question using proper English, I shouldn't bother with a reply.

The plural of person is PEOPLE, not "ppl". Is it really so hard to type the full word?

"Dinsy Channl" Okay, so Channel was obviously a typographical error. But who doesn't know how to spell Disney? It's practically synonymous with cartoon!

People on shows on The Disney Channel are generally aspiring actors, though often they are discovered by chance. The audition for the roles, take lessons and classes, and work hard to be successful at what they do.

Their always so fake and corny. The ymight be able to act or sing, but not to the degree that they're famuos for. They won't be winning Oscars anytime soon. Or Emmys.

You go on the Disney channel and get adored by little kids then when you grow up so do your little kid fans and they are so used to your terrible acting that they can't get enough of you so they want you to star in movies and start to sing... Then the kid fans start to realize that the Disney people suck and drop them like a sack of potatoes... For example Mary Kate and Ashley... Or Hillary Duff... And soon to be Lindsey Lohan...
