Here's a reality shocker for you.. there are no truck drivers (long haul over the road anyway) that have "wives"... ask any of them when theyre meeting in the parking lot of Billy Bob's or Gillies down in Texas for a 6 week party and cook out.

I'm a bus driver so I do understand where u are coming from.You have many days alone if he is a out of state driver. I typed in truck driver and found alot of different sights.Why don't u try that.Good luck ..

Truck Driver wifes do have CB radios at home mine did but why don't you start a group right here at yahoo? "Wifes of the long haulers"

Purchase a home base CB. If all Truckers wive's had them. There would be less songs about big rigs driving into motel rooms.

if your husband has some other trunk drivers as friends you can start from there, and get to know their wives , then you can start a community thing ... orsome event
