No you can't, but Yahoo! has a very similar product known as Yahoo! Widgets. I've added a link below to them.

Little known fact- Apple released their widgets after a product known as 'Konfabulator' introduced the idea to the Macintosh. Konfabulator was purchased by Yahoo! and is the new Yahoo! widgets. The big difference is that they're free and work on both windows and mac.

Actually, you can. Konfabulator (what used to run widgets) has been taken over by Yahoo. http://widget.yahoo.com/ has over 3000 widgets that run on Windows and OSX. You just have to download the widget software for Windows on the main page and download any widgets you would like to run. Widgets do use up your RAM; so if you're having memory issues already you may not want to use widgets.

No, You cannot install Apple software on your Dell PC, as your Dell PC will not run the Apple OS. You may however install MS Vista, which has Gadgets, pretty much the same thing.

Yes Virginia, MS DOES rip off Apple.

As far as I know...no, you can not. Apple Widgets are a trademark of Apple.

You have to be running MAC OS software on your computer to use their widgets.

you cant. but if it is common based program, such as text files, then yes you can use them in both mac and pc
