how is it that you spelled "personnel" and "examples" correctly, but you misspelled "need"???
front office personnel need to have tons of people skills. they ought to be friendly, to know a lot about the building and where all the supplies are, and they ought to be willing to help out others in a pinch.

All I can say is detachment, an almost could care less attitude about criticism about your company (someone who is not ruffled when customers complain about your company). Maybe someone with great empathy who can seem to take the customer's side, so that the customer feels they have an inside track to the company.
